New Side Special is the speed booster: Samus dashes forward and through enemies (think Banjo’s Wonderwing but with less knockback). Press B again at the end of the dash to have Samus stop in place and charge the shinespark, and then you can then point the stick in whichever direction you want her to rocket off in. She’ll go into freefall after she connects with a target or wall and also damage herself midflight.
Reworked Up Special is screw attack and gravity jump combined. A slight rework of the up special that allows you to press the button up to three times at once to space out your jumps (think Kirby’s floating ability but as an Up Special). To compensate, each individual screw attack jump won’t be as high or as powerful as the ordinal up special, but they can be used to combo. This is basically a change to make the screw attack more in line with how it actually functions in the games.
Down Special now turns you into morph ball mode where you can tap the attack button to lay bombs and jump with spring ball as well. Press the Special button again to return to normal. This would help add an extra level of mobility to Samus.
Final Smash could be more directly influenced from the Omega Cannon from Dread or something else from the same game (again, if you know you know).
