These Air Fryer Bagel Chips Are the Latest Viral Snack We Can’t Get Enough Of

Will I be making a million of these for my upcoming Super Bowl plans? I think so!

What’s the biggest thing to look forward to in February? No, it’s not Valentine’s Day. I’m talking about the Super Bowl. And it’s in less than a month! That means it’s time to get cracking on some touchdown-worthy party appetizers like buffalo chicken dip and smoky bacon wraps. But we always think it’s a good idea to try something new, especially for Super Bowl snacks. We like variety around here.

That’s why we can’t stop thinking about the latest viral air fryer bagel chips. They’re a super simple, super quick finger food that will feed your football-frenzied friends all game long.

Ingredients

For the chips:

  • Unsliced bagel of your choice
  • Oil
  • Salt

Directions

Step 1: Slice your bagel chips

Start with your unsliced bagel and begin to cut about 1/2 inch vertical sections. If the bagels are sliced, you’ll end up with half chips rather than whole chips. Each bagel should cut into around 20 pieces, give or take.

If you prefer to start from scratch, here’s how to make the best homemade bagels.

Step 2: Season your bagel chips

Spread out your chips on a plate or sheet. Spray evenly with oil and sprinkle with salt to taste. Flip chips and repeat.

Step 3: Bake your bagel chips

Place your chips in the air fryer at 325°F for 5 minutes. Flip your chips and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until your chips have a nice golden brown crispiness to them. Remove from air fryer.

How to Make Your Dip

This may be the easiest dip you’ve ever made. Just mix together equal parts Greek yogurt and sour cream and add Everything But the Bagel seasoning (to your liking). Now put your chips and dip together out on a plate and watch as your hungry friends devour them all without a second thought. Easiest. Party food. Ever.
