Whipped Nutella Is Taking Over the Internet—and We’re Obsessed

This is even BETTER than whipped coffee!

What is it about being stuck indoors that leads to creativity—especially in the kitchen? Beautiful baked bread art is one welcome side effect of self-quarantining innovation. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Not being able to go to Starbucks led to crafty concoctions like whipped coffee, which went viral on TikTok. Then, White Claw slushies had their moment. Now we might just have a new hit on our hands: whipped Nutella!

How to Make Whipped Nutella

@sweetportfolio shared a video on Instagram explaining how to make whipped Nutella. It quickly racked up over 80k likes!

The recipe is so easy, we can see why it became an instant hit. You just need two ingredients: Nutella and heavy cream. Whip a spoonful of Nutella and 1/3 cup of cream together until fluffy. Then, serve it over iced milk for a delicious treat.

If you want an extra-rich beverage, you can also rim the glass with Nutella or put a layer of Nutella as the base. And if you want to go really wild, people have been getting inventive and blending whipped coffee AND whipped Nutella into one glorious hazelnut coffee drink.

Where to Buy Nutella Right Now

Costco might no longer be selling its giant tubs of Nutella, but if you still want to stock up, they do list two hefty 33.5-ounce jars for $14 with two-day delivery. You can always find Nutella for delivery on Instacart, as well.
